    • Problem-solve life’s difficulties in a structured, less overwhelming way.
  • Weeks 10-12: Consolidation & Relapse Prevention. We’ll solidify your new skills, build a personalised “toolkit” for the future, and plan how to maintain your progress long after our course ends.
